Planner: 

• Set up + break down: setting up the layout of the event, decorations, tables, and chairs, based on the customer's preferences
• Vendor Management: manage all vendors, confirming their arrival, setup, final payments, and any last-minute needs or changes. 
• Event Oversight: manage the event so that it goes smoothly, taking out full trash bags, 
• Guest assistance: directing guests and helping guests with any questions during events
